Reiki energy is
the same subtle energy that enlivens all of creation. The way to experience
Reiki is to be still. Being attuned to Reiki means that you have created a
relationship with the universe!
What is Reiki?
Reiki, pronounced 'Ray-key' is a Japanese name consisting of 2 words Rei and Ki meaning 'spiritually guided life energy', commonly known as 'Universal Life Energy', an energy which animates us all and is found all around us. Reiki is a form of healing using "universal life energy" channelled through the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps to harmonize body, mind and spirit for yourself or anyone you want to help
This form of natural healing evolved in Japan from the experience and dedication of Dr Mikao Usui in the 1800’s, fired by a burning question, Dr Usui was inspired to develop this healing system from ancient teachings after many years of study, research and meditation. He spent the rest of his life practising and teaching Reiki. Today Reiki continues to be taught by Reiki Masters who have trained in the tradition passed down from Master to student.
There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can receive or learn to give a Reiki treatment, the only prerequisite is the desire to be healed. Reiki means life energy. The treatment amongst many things, unblocks negative energy, cleansing the space with positive light, moving you towards a higher vibration & growth, clearing an illness or simply calming areas in the body that are over-active. Reiki is a diverse in that it works on many levels whether it to be to relax you or to help eliminate an area that is not serving you, emotional trauma or physical illness. It can build confidence, ease depression, help with insomnia and many other ailments and issues.

Reiki I is the first part of your very special Reiki journey. This is a very sacred moment for you, and I provide a wonderful space in making this a very memorable and self-developing occasion for you. Reiki I, attunes you to the healing energy and works on the mental and emotional blocks, therefore acting also as a healing session, bringing buried problems to the surface so that you can work through them and heal yourself as well as heightening your intuition and connecting with your higher self. You will receive attunements which will permanently connect you to the universal energies on all levels, psychic, emotional, mental and physical.
By the end of the day you will:
~ know the History and theory of Reiki
~ know how to prepare yourself for giving Reiki, calling on guides
~ be able to give yourself, friends & family healing
~ learn Grounding, Protection, Focusing Meditations
~ have enhanced your intuition and psychic ability
~ understand the 21 day clearing process
~ be qualified to move on to your Reiki II and become a practitioner
On this one-day course you will receive a detailed manual to take away with you and a certificate allowing you to go on and do your Reiki II. You will also receive on-going support from myself.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a shared vegetarian lunch. I will provide herbal teas and snacks & a wonderful space.

Reiki II is the second part of your wonderful Reiki experience. On this course you will receive a further attunement, also know as an initiation which will reinforce your connection with the Reiki energy. You will develop your sensitivity to the flow of the energy and continue to open up your psychic awareness enabling you to feel confident in using your intuition whiles healing. Reiki II works on a deeper level of your self-development, assisting in making changes to your life that will be greatly beneficial you and what you manifest in your life.You will learn the symbols, allowing you to now heal others, distant healing and various techniques and useful business information should you wish to now practice as a practitioner.
This is the minimum level attained qualifying you to work professionally and charge for your services. At this level you will be able to gain professional & public liability insurance. You will receive a detailed manual and certificate and on-going support from myself.

Reiki III Master/Teacher

This is an incredible time in your life where you are now at a point to embrace your mastership of Reiki and become a Reiki master allowing you to teach and give attunements.
During this course you will receive an attunement to the final master symbol and will be taught how to initiate people to all three Reiki degrees. Learning to teach in the most effective and pronounced way of spreading the message of healing and being a part of a strong Reiki Lineage. You will be very comfortable in creating a divine and sacred space for teaching and attuning a student and will feel ready to face the world with new a focus and intention.
Once you have completed the course you will be given on-going support and guidance by me to ease you into your Master energy. You will receive a detailed manual at the end of the course and to achieve your certificate, you will have to produce a running draft of your own Reiki manual which I will work with you on. The opportunity to facilitate or assist in me in my Reiki Share or Meditation class will also be available to you, should you need more practice in holding the space for a group.
