THETA HEALING

This is a very powerful technique where results can be seen after just one session. Targeting all areas, emotional, physical and spiritual, Theta healing reaches the the source of your problem/illness/issue/worry/disease/problem/addiction/ blockage, etc... and makes the necessary changes on a sub-conscious level so that there are long-term changes rather than temporary.

Reiki means life energy. The treatment amongst many other things, unblocks negative energy cleansing the space with
positive light, moving you to a higher growth, giving you energy from an illness, or simply calming areas in the body that are over active.
What does Reiki treat? Reiki is a diverse healing modality and works on many levels, whether it is just to relax a person or to help eliminate emotional trauma or physical illness. Reiki can heal in any situation, depression, self-confidence issues, arthritis, insomnia, anxiety etc.
The treatment itself will involve you lying down, fully clothed in a meditative mind-set with a light cover over you to ensure you are comfortable & warm. I will either gently rest my hands on or above particularly areas of the body to bring harmony and eliminate the negative patterns. The Chakras effect us by their vibration which holds influence over any physical ailments, thoughts and behavior habits and
patterns and spiritual awareness. As mentioned above, the chakras relate strongly to various areas of the body therefore having a very strong influence on our health.
Chakras can become blocked through limited belief patterns, past traumas, bad habits, Stress, fear, guilt, un-healthy lifestyle, physical and emotional injuries. Any problems that we come across in life can cause us to build up a defence which helps us to cope. The more we face problems, the stronger the defence becomes, hindering our bodies, creating blocks.
When a Chakra is blocked you may feel depressed, out of touch, unhappy for no reason, your Chi-life force energy slows down. You may start to lack confidence, self-esteem and feel hurt, emotional, angry or powerless. All of these are indications that a problem lies with the Chakras.
